This Statement of Privacy explains how BUCK Design LLC (“BUCK”) shall collect, store, disclose and use the information, voluntarily provided by users (“User”, “Users” or “You”) in connection with BUCK's Dream Stream Application ("Dream Stream").

By accepting the invitation to Dream Stream and entering ID# and User Name, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This information shall be displayed and used to identify Users in Oculus Quest.

If you choose to use an Oculus headset to experience Dream Stream you agree to the following Oculus terms and conditions.

BUCK respects the privacy of the Users and is committed to protecting the User’s information. BUCK shall only collect personal information that is voluntarily provided by Users which will include User’s Oculus ID# and User Name. This information shall be displayed and used to identify Users in Dream Stream and for storing each unique user's preferences & settings.

Subject to the exceptions set out below, on receipt of verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records. However, please know we will not be able to comply with your requests to delete data in the following scenarios:

• If Buck deters security incidents and/or needs to protect other users against malicious, deception, fraudulent or illegal activity and prosecute those responsible for that activity,
• To debug and/or identify errors in the Oculus Quest, and
• To comply with any national and/or international laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to the terms herein and still wish to attend Dream Stream without using Oculus Services, you can access Dream Stream via a Desktop Application with limited / restricted functionality. Users accessing the Desktop Application shall be required to enter only their user name.
