Amazon Echo Buds

The power of sound can take us anywhere, as shown in our recent work with Amazon for the release of the newest Echo Buds. Our 30-second hero spot, GIFs, and stills visualize the feeling of popping in a pair of Echo Buds — taking viewers on a journey that amplifies the elements of reality.

The hero film brings viewers to a surreal space, inviting them to get lost in the world of sound. Here, time and gravity are only a construct, and reality is amplified.

We played with amped-up versions of familiar textures and spaces — as well as bold, expressive typography — to create the perfect backdrop to showcase the Buds.

The star of the film is country rap artist, Breland, with his music creating the backdrop for the Echo Buds experience.

We worked closely with the team at Amazon on the live-action shoot, using the story and imagery to appeal to a Gen Z audience. The colors, textures, camera movements, and lighting all work in tandem to visualize the sonic journey of using Echo Buds.
