Oura: Ring True to You
2025
Oura’s first-to-market smart ring has made them a leader in wearable health tech for years. For 2025, they were eager to enter a new chapter and connect with a wider, younger demographic. Enter the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, their first-ever ring in color, crafted in a new ceramic material. With this product campaign, they wanted to showcase what color makes possible. The campaign tagline, Ring true to you, is a celebration of self-expression — showcasing the vivid lives and individuality of those who wear the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic. Color is more than a style choice; it’s a way to boldly show up in the world as your most authentic self.

Hero Film
The hero film weaves together vibrant, personality-forward vignettes and dynamic 3D to bring the full ‘Ring true to you’ universe to life, set to a driving soundtrack.
Tone on Tone
This product launch is all about color, color, color, so we created a set of sumptuous 3D assets that show off the Oura 4 Ceramic’s four new shades and high-gloss material.
We doubled down on each hue, creating tone-on-tone spaces to hero each color. Our pack shots are on dynamic gray, where our rings energetically spring to life in all their glossy glory.

Four Colors, Four Words
The four hues — Tide, Midnight, Petal, Cloud — inspired a series of luscious, environmental 3D worlds, each one shaped by its respective color and name. These visuals pair with our tone-on-tone CG, acting as a subtle support while the immersive color worlds take center stage.

The Creative Platform
The brief was to recontextualize Oura from being “the sleep, data, and activity tracker” to being a colorful way for people to embrace their boldest selves.
So, Ring true to you became the anchor for all our storytelling. It makes self-expression the hero, with each ring becoming a portal into a vivid life, defined not just by appearance, but by character, rhythm, and energy.
We ideated around the worlds of six magnetic personalities who embody each of the four hues, their stories coming to life through the movement, sound, and style inspired by their chosen color.
The Personalities
Enter our cast: a self-care enthusiast, two friends with a secret handshake, a pen-tapping beatmaker (Lennie Simo), a gallery goer, a car fanatic, and a girl-on-the go.
We brought in director Thuan Tran to help bring this campaign to life. His raw, artistic style was a perfect, natural fit with our vision for these colorful, stylized worlds.
Stills Photography
Our vignette locations served as cinematic backdrops for the stills photography. Our photographer, Nayquan Shuler, captured our six talent in their environments, as well as tone-on-tone hand photos in the studio.

Messaging
The tagline, “Ring true to you,” centers the campaign’s message around authenticity, individuality, and self-expression. The line positions the ring as not just something you wear, but an extension of your style and personality.
The headlines work alongside the tagline to support three central messages: new color, new material, and a new way to authentically express yourself.

How It Comes Together
Every element of the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic campaign — from stills to vignettes to 3D images — can stand strong on its own, but tells an even richer story when working in harmony with the entire campaign ecosystem.
